All of our pieces are machine washable, on a gentle or wool cycle. I personally use a mild wool specific detergent and a warm wash to keep it looking its best and working harder for longer. Dry flat or on a clothes airer out of direct sunlight. Merino is naturally stain and odour-resistant, so you'll find you need to wash it less often.

Not at all! We use only ZQ-Certified Merino, which is super fine and silky soft - no scratchiness here! Its gentle on even the most sensitive or eczema prone skin.

Mostly! We use recyclable, minimal packaging and avoid plastic wherever possible. For now, we ship in a plastic mailer to keep your Merino safe from NZ's unpredictable weather - but we're actively sourcing a compostable option.
